I had such a pleasant experience staying at hotel Hill River Resort By West Western This 4-star hotel was outstanding. The facilities were modern, well-maintained, and elegantly presented. The staff displayed the highest level of professionalism and hospitality, ensuring all my needs were met quickly and efficiently. The room offered great comfort – from the plush bedding to the amenities provided. Dining at the in-house restaurant was a delight, offering both local and international dishes. Staying here was a pleasure. The location could not be better just a short stroll to Mall Road. The food was exceptional and the garden area was a peaceful retreat. The gym was well maintained which was a bonus for us. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the staff was friendly and the service was great.

Hotel location is away 800 metres from Mall Road and staff behaviour was polite. Service was good and room size was good and Cleanness and daily house keeping service were best. When I’ve booked room after some I’ve called and ask about booking status, he confirm and ask about early check - in he said if room will available then provide you and without any extra charges but this information was wrong, Hotel has taken 1000.00 rupees for early check in. Check in time was 12.00 o’clock but I’ve reached on 9.15 o’clock.
