Not what I expected

I booked this room based upon its location and its access to wi-fi. The entire time we were there we had no wi-fi. Location was a little out of the way though not too bad if you could get a tuk tuk. Tuk Tuks are readily available near the mall area but not around the area which the hotel was located in. Service was not all that good either as we got charged for a food item we never recieved. And as we checked out one of the workers asked for 10 rupees for no service that was performed.

dont get swayed by photos

If I would have to choose again then I would never stay at Hotel Snow Park. the simple reason being that for the price I paid, the hotel was horrible. It says situated next to IBP petrol pump but infact it is on the petrol pump. The restaurant is situated on top of the petrol pump office. The hotel courtyard is the petrol pump and all you get is petrol and diesel fumes. My balcony overlooked the petrol pump. The hot water situation was pathetic. first day in the evening I had to ask repeatedly about hot water. The second day I had no cold water. Only boiling smelly hot water. My family had to take a bath holding their noses. For the price I paid (Rs. 2700/-) per night I wont recommend it to anyone. There are better and cheaper alternatives available if one is willing to look for it.
