They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. "The guy at the reception made us pay 43$usd even though the reservation was prepaid. This is pure theft on his part! I can't recommend anyone to go there! I will be in touch with Expedia and see what can be done to get my money back."

Oscar was extremely kind and helpful, giving us all the information we needed about getting around, arranging a taxi to the city centre, and making sure we safely got to the airport with the same driver for our very early 5 a.m. flight.
