My experience with this hotel was awful from the beginning. I had booked three rooms for the night. Upon arrival they informed me that I had booked my rooms through Expedia and Expedia never sent them the reservation so they didn’t have our rooms. They wanted to offer me two rooms to accommodate all 5 adults. After going back and forth and showing them the confirmation Expedia sent me back in August when I booked this hotel (our stay was in November) they ended up giving us three rooms. The rooms were old, the ceiling in our bathroom had mold, the sheets on our bed had holes. We had a hard time sleeping due to the noise from people coming and going at all hours. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that it is conveniently in the center of Managua near transportation and food. I was so relieved that we were leaving at 5:00am to the airport the next day.

I love staying here

Always love staying here. The location is great. Walking distance (on a nice day) to MetroCentro. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is great. During the week, lunch is available. There is a business center, and convenience store onsite. Early check-in is possible, with proper notice. Hotel Pequeño pero acogedor, personal amable

Lugar agradable, es pequeño pero cómodo. El parqueo es pequeño, dejamos el vehículo afuera, pero la zona es muy segura y habia alguien cuidando afuera, así que no tuvimos desconfianza en dejarlo afuera.

Tranquilo para estudiantes

Excelente para estudiantes, yo fui a hacer mis exámenes de la Alianza Francesa y estuve tranquilisima, super cerca de metrocentro y otros restaurantes. Un área muy tranquila. Con muy buenos servicios, desayuno incluido en el hospedaje y disponible servicio de almuerzo y cena. El Wifi excelente y todo muy ordenado y limpio en la habitación.

Buena ubicación, no tan limpio, no nos quisieron ayudar con algo de comer por salir antes de la hora del desayuno. Nos prestaron el servicio sanitario compartido y daba asco. La limpieza del cuarto diariamente solo era sacar la basura del baño. Las mesas del desayuno sucias
