「The staff was great, food was delicious, pools were all dirty, shower inside the room very bad, some plugs were broken. This place really need a good update of the facility. The place is beautiful but need URGENT UPDATES. Tv does not work properly and wifi get disconnected on and off which is bad specially if you want to watch something or work online with a laptop while vacationing .」

「We loved the views and the setting of this property. We stayed 2 nights. In June. The dome we stayed in needed some care and attention. The biggest disappointment was the view from inside the dome. The windows which are made of plastic were dull and stained which prevented you from seeing the amazing views from inside the dome. Very disappointed. 「This is a nice hotel in general. However, nothing worked. We made the staff aware that we couldn't use the tv, they said they'd check it out. They never came. The shower wasn't functioning as it should have been. The safe in the room did not work. There was never anyone at the front desk.」
