Ménage pas fait une seule fois du séjour et l’appartement était sale dès mon arrivée. La Clim marche trop fort, pneumonie assurée !!!! Chasse d’eau cassée et évidemment pas d’eau courante de 17:00 à 8:00 du matin, pas pratique pour aller travailler. Pas d’eau potable dans le frigo et l’emplacement très glauque (zone industrielle non sécurisée) Un seul conseil : fuyez !

Très correct avec quelques contraintes

Sans doute l'un des meilleurs rapport qualité/prix de Mamoudzou. Installations très correctes. Recommandé pour un séjour professionnel si l'on dispose d'un véhicule (l'endroit est excentré et assez difficile d'accès vu la carence de transports publics). Pour les touristes, l'environnement n'est pas très exotique (le studio est dans une zone industrielle) et la possession d'un véhicule est également conseillée. Propriétaire à l'écoute et sympathique (il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel, mais de studios).

Le logement est facile d'accès dans une zone industrielle qui se vide le soir, donc calme. La photo ne reflète que le balcon du T2. Les T1 donnent sur le mur d'un couloir. C'est pratique et bien équipé mais il faut revoir une porte qui claque dans le T1 du fond et la porte de la cabine de douche dans le T1 du milieu.

Situé dans une zone industrielle,logement à l'abris des regards, obligatoirement un véhicule pour ce deplacer surtout la nuit, restaurant à proximité,par contre la vue est soit sur une grue ou les toits en tôles,espace interieur correct et propre,un petit frigo,une cafetière et bouilloire avec capsule à disposition,lit double confortable parcontre petit bémole pour l'eau chaude qui coule en filet manque de préssion je pense

On est dans la zone industrielle, et tous seuls le soir dans cette grande zone.... Necessite d'une voiture. Studios corrects, si on n'y reste pas pour sejourner, quoique la vue sur les entrepos et grue soit originale; pour un pied a terre pour bosser, très bien. Studios propres , literie confortable, mais agencement peu ordinaire. A noter Hôte très sympathique ,disponible et efficace.

Propre et spacieux. Mise à disposition de réfrigérateur, MO, cafetière avec capsules, bouilloire électrique. Situation agréable car très proche de Mamouzdou. Parking privatif et fermé. Calme. Seul bémol pas évident pour trouver l’adresse sans l’aide du loueur.
