Overall, Service was prompt and accomodating. Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

I have stayed in two other rooms in this area before but this time there’s no drinking water in my room.

Great staff, nice location. The hotel is showing some age, the tub has a lot of chips, but everything is clean. I'm sure I'll stay there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was good. The only thing I will say is the aircon needs more frequent cleaning/maintenance to cool the rooms efficiently.
