They were undersized (providing minimal coverage) and had a noticeable unpleasant odor. Appliances: The in-room refrigerator was broken. Despite reporting this to staff, who promised to contact maintenance, the issue was never addressed. After 48 hours without a follow-up, we stopped requesting assistance. Facilities & Service Staff: The team was generally friendly, though the lack of follow-through on maintenance requests suggests a breakdown in internal communication. "A 3 night stay All Inclusive to visit some of Malta’s famous history. Overall the Qawra Palace is superb base, though it’s a big hotel which takes some navigating at first. I also must say it’s very busy, especially in the restaurant - we visited in Feb so I can only imagine what it is like peak season. The rooms are clean but I’m glad we upgraded to a sea view. The food is varied, good quality & plentiful. If you are staying in the cooler months, the sun shines a lot longer on floor 11, where you’ll find the rooftop pool. "
