"The room was fairly clean, bedding seemed clean and very tidy, but they sprayed some kind of strong smelling air freshener that lingered for hours. One of us has allergies and neither of us enjoyed the odour. We faced the fields behind the building so we slept with the window open, which brought in a nice breeze and helped to dissipate the smell.
The customer service was adequate. We were given some information when we arrived, and had minimal conversation on checkout.
We didn’t love that the room we were in was right beside the housekeeping room so each morning at around 8:30 the staff started rolling out their carts, which sounded a lot like they were moving pianos above us; the floors shook. I suggest asking for a room that is not near the entrance.
Overall, it was adequate. The room was clean and it was at a convenient location."
