「The hotel was not prepared for cold weather, the brakfast area was not heated and you definitly had the feeling that the employees where looking to close the session. Even the hotel was not full they offered no flexibilty for the check out time etc. In general a very nice building but the service and the facilities needs to be adjusted」

「Todella paljon muurahaisia huoneessa - lattioilla, huonekaluilla ja sängyssä. Hotelli ei pyynnöstä huolimatta myrkyttänyt. Aamupalabuffet täynnä kärpäsiä ruoissa, joita ei suojattu mitenkään. Hotelli on upean näköinen ja antaa rauhaa kiireiselläkin turistikaudella, mutta hinta ja palvelu ei kohtaa.」

「Schöne Anlage mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Leckeres veganes Frühstück (vegetarisch hätte auch gereicht), früher Checkin war möglich. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, am Pool fehlen Tische bzw. die Liegestühle und Schirme sind nicht sehr hochwertig und passen nicht in das sonst stimmige Gesamtbild. Das Restaurant war durchgehend geschlossen.」

「La chambre est spacieuse, la salle de bain est bien séparée de la chambre mais pas très moderne (douche dans la baignoire). Le petit déjeuner est magique : la variété des mets proposés, les viennoiseries du jour délicieuses... Et la vue depuis notre table à côté de la piscine superbe. L'hôtel dans un bâtiment ancien avec beaucoup de charme est très calme, seuls des couples sans enfants étaient présents. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. 」

「The hotel is superb. Located on the hill top of the Selva with a very good view. Breakfast is tasty, staffs are attentive. Just the road to the hotel is very narrow, which is just the same as other old towns in Majorca. It wont be a problem when you get used to it.」

「Das Hotel war ein absoluter Volltreffer! Wir waren dort Anfang März für eine Woche. Personal und Management sind ungalublich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich große Klasse mit vielen hausgemachten Köstlichkeiten (Marmelade, Guacamole, Brot). 「L'hôtel est très joli, bien décoré et idéalement placé dans Alaró. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne les rangements dans la chambre (n°9), l'insonorisation de la chambre (voisins de chambre et rue...) et l'accès au WiFi qui ne cate pas du tout dans cette chambre... dommage car annoncé à la réservation. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour à tout de même été positif. 」
