Unser gebuchtes Familienzimmer war geräumig und befand sich in einem der drei Gebäudeteile, ruhig gelegen und nur ca. Minuten vom Strand und Zentrum entfernt. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und Frühstück und Abendbrot in Buffetform schmeckten uns. Zu den Stoßzeiten erfolgte eine Tischzuweisung. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und fleißig, allemal Wert, ein Trinkgeld zu geben :-) Unser Mietwagen parkte kostenlos auf dem Hotelgelände.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Es ist durchwegs in einem sauberen Zustand und das gesammte Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und die Speisen wurden schön präsentiert. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war aus unserr Sicht nicht ausreichend funktionell- die Zimmertemperatur wurde jeweils zu warm und eine angenehme Kühlung war nicht möglich. Der Fitnessbereich müsste aus unserer Sicht erneuert werden.

Hôtel adapté à tous les âges. En effet, un bâtiment était réservé pour les familles avec des enfants et tout âge et l'autre pour les adultes. Des animations étaient d'ailleurs proposées pour les enfants. Les buffets du restaurant étaient bien garnis et sans cesse renouvelés. Le personnel était efficace et très professionnel tout en restant très sympathique. Les chambres étaient propres et très confortables.

Beautiful nearby beach (3min. walk). There is a nice boulevard with shops (3min. walk). There is a lot to do, in the water, in the neigbourhood (like boat trips, palma aquarium, waterparks, beautiful beach, diving, snorkel). Nice people in the environment. It's a good environment for people who don't want to be surrounded by drunk, young, party people. Also the water at the beach is beautiful, very clear. We saw a lot if fishes and even a octopus.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Das Essen war wirklich lecker, wer hier nichts findet ist selber schuld ;) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns schon vom Flughafen aus ein Auto gemietet und waren viel unterwegs. Die Lage des Hotels war daher sehr gut. Man ist schnell in Palma und schnell in den Bergen. Zum flach abfallenden Strand waren es ca. 10 min Fußweg. Das Wasser dort war sehr klar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel besteht aus drei getrennten Gebäuden, welche alle durch Quartierstrassen voneinander abgetrennt sind. Strand und Boulevard ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Zentrale Lage, gute Anbindung an Autobahn, kostenlose Hotelparkplätze vorhanden. Sehr nettes und gastfreundliches Personal in allen Breichen (Rezeption, Service, Küche, usw.), man fühlt sich als Gast sehr willkommen und wohl. Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel, Minibarkühlschrank ist vorhanden. WLAN muss separat gekauft werden, es gibt verschiedene Pauschalen (Stunde/Tag/Woche/Monat). Dafür funktioniert es aber tiptop und mit gutem Datendurchsatz. Abendessen für Buffet-Restaurant sehr gut, mit überschaubarer aber abwechslungsreicher Auswahl und schöner Präsentation der Speisen. Moderate Getränkepreise für Halbpension-Gäste. Kinderfreundlich. Kurz: Wir warem rundum zufrieden und würden wieder buchen.

Very clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Room modern, shower excellent. Food great. Short walk down gentle incline to the beach. 3 blocks, one with reception, bar, restaurant, adult swimming pool, one for adult rooms and one for family rooms with 2 further pools and snack bar. We went as 3 friends and could not find fault.

wir haben ein paar Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht. Es gab für Kinder einen sehr schönen Bereich, sowohl einen Kinderpool, als auch einen Spielplatz. Die Essensauswahl ist wirklich Spitze. Sehr großes Buffett, sodass jeder fündig wird. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr nett gewesen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und renoviert, aber leider sehr hellhörig. Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht immer 100%ig, so lag über mehrere Tage ein blutiger Bettüberwurf im Zimmer, der von den Vorbewohnern so übernommen wurde. Trotz offenkundigem Hinlegen wurde es nicht ausgetauscht. Ansonsten gab es nicht viel zu meckern und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm! Zum Strand waren es etwa 7-10 Minuten.

Excellent rapport qualité prix en achetant le package avion + hotel par Expédia. Accueil très professionnel à l'hotel. Le restaurant est très copieux, très correct en qualité ( à moins d'avoir l'habitude de manger exclusivement dans des grands restaurants) et le personnel au soins des clients. Seul bémol, la piscine ouvre tard (10 h) et ferme tôt (6 h) pour s'adapter à une clientèle principalement sénior allemande.

Dies war schon unser 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. 2 x 14 Tage. Wir schätzen die Sauberkeit der Räumlichkeiten und die Freundlichkeit des Personals (besonders Magdalena und Joaquin). An der Rezeption sind Top-Profis. Das Essen ist sehr gut und der Kunde hat eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Ungefähr 300 Meter bis zur Ortsmitte und dem Strand (feiner Sand). 2 Pools im Hotel mit bequemen, verstellbaren Liegen + Sonnenschirm. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Sehr zentral gelegen, hervorragendes Essen, sehr freundliches Personal, schade ist aber : Schwimmbad ist nur von 10-18 Uhr geöffnet. Ich gehe gerne morgens vor dem Frühstück schwimmen, ist also sehr ungünstig für mich. Schade auch, dass die Straße mitten durch das Areal führt, tag und Nacht am Berg anfahrende Busse.

Overall enjoyed this hotel, but not totally. Positives - very clean, excellent service from staff, food very good, only 5 minutes walk from centre and beach, excellent pricing. Negatives - very stark hotel with no atmosphere. Wet room shower in bathroom hopeless as water was everywhere as drain not big enough. Had to keep mopping up after every shower with towels. Air conditioning not on. It was mid April and certainly cool at night but require air conditioning as room stuffy at night. Pillows on bed need renewed as they were stale and smelly. Could do with a bit entertainment in evenings.

The purpose was a get fit hard riding cycling holiday in warm weather on good roads,where all but the British understand European law of giving cyclists 1.5metres clear space when overtaking.Hired bikes from bike majorca,never again,in my opinion web site misrepresents detail of availability, and only 1 bike mechanic who is over stretched to maintain bikes generally 4 seasons old,hence bikes not in good condition,breakages,and poor adjustments.Fortunately a Canyon bike shop has now opened,with excellent service;book ahead.

Hotel en retrait du front de mer dans un quartier résidentiel et calme. Chambre assez spacieuse et agréable. N'espérez pas avoir une belle vue. La nourriture est excellente , très diversifiée, un buffet différent tous les soirs avec des produits de très bonne qualité et bien cuisinés. Petit-déjeuner copieux , produits laitiers diversifiés ( smoothies,plusieurs laits de soja pour les adeptes). Une personne parle très bien le francais à l'accueil. Un bon point de chute au printemps pour visiter la région et Palma.

We stayed 4 nights on an all inclusive basis. The room was clean and well furnished. The food was good, but the restaurant seemed a bit small for the size of the hotel. We had to queue to enter, even though it wasn't peak season. The other guests were mainly German. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful, the reception staff being the exception. On the last night I cut my leg on a wire that had popped out of the mattress. The next morning we stripped the bed and took the mattress off, making sure the cleaner wouldn't be hurt as well. We reported it at the hotel reception and the woman, simply said, " oh yes, this happens sometimes". There was no apology or interest at all.

Alles sehr modern und sauber. Top Zimmerreinigung. Grosse, moderne Zimmer mit schönem Bad. Sehr hochwertiges abwechslungsreiches Essen im Rahmen der HP. Leider nur sehr kleiner Speiseraum, was zu Wartezeiten führt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Außenanlagen sauber und nett gemacht, aber eher klein und wenig Grün.
