"Outskirts of the city center of Aix-en-Provence. 15 min to the main center by bus 4. Bus stop is 3 min away by foot. Plenty of parking spot free of charge. Staff were very nice and friendly speaking English.
The building itself is dated. Rooms faced with outside corridor like a motel, however we couldn't hear outside noise.
Room was not big with quite basic amenity (no safe and mini fridge, provided Nespresso machine), although pretty clean which is more important.
AC didn't work enough well, but I should mention that we stayed at the record hottest day in summer.
Overall good stay. Value for money considering with parking."
"This charming small hotel was a great base from which to visit Aix and all of Provence. It is a short walk to the historic district and the informative and helpful tourist information center.
The hotel staff were helpful and knowledgable — when we wanted a special tour on short notice, they arranged for a driver/guide with no fuss.
The room was modern, comfortable, quiet and cool (we were there in the middle of heatwave, and the room was a great place to recover from the heat).
In sum: the hotel was everything we needed to enjoy our visit to Provence."

10/10 Excellent
"My young adult daughter and I stayed 4 nights for a Mother Daughter trip. It was a perfect location conveniently located in the city center. We took a bus from the TGV train station and walked about 10 minutes to the hotel. If you have a lot of heavy luggage and don’t want to do the walk I’m sure a taxi would have been easy to catch from the station. Once checked in, we were easily in walking distance to everything in the city center making dining and market days convenient. It is also conveniently located to the meeting spot for all 4 of our excursions which was an easy few minute walk. The breakfast buffet was an excellent way to fuel for each of our planned out days and became something we looked forward to! The signature fig scent was devine. The ladies at the reception desk were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful and gave us a dinner restaurant recommendation we enjoyed. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a convenient location to enjoy the city center and excursions."
"Pool and spa were amazing. The room and balcony were both great. The breakfast was fine. There did not seem to be anyone who could speak English who could help newcomers to the area locate or recommend restaurants or nearby places to visit. As a first time visitor having a concierge available would have been helpful. It was also difficult to get clear information on the classes available at the Spa including rates, schedule and what type of background needed to join. Despite these issues, we loved the hotel and would gladly return again."
