"Ausstattung war sehr einfach gehalten. Die Sessel total veraltet und durchgesessen. Da konnte man nicht sitzen. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt aus den 90igern. Kein Service. Es ist kein Hotel zu wohlfühlen. Alles wird auf Sparflamme gehalten. Die Sauna ist defekt, oder wird zumindest so erklärt. Die Handtücher sind genauso alt wie die Einrichtung und völlig inakzeptabel. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar. Brötchen, 3 Sorten Wurst , 2 mal Käse, Eier gibt es auf Zuteilung das dauert dann 10 Minuten. Das Restaurant bietet maximal 3 Tagesgerichte , diese stehen angeschlagen auf einer Tafel. Der Gesamteindruck ist einfach schlecht! "

"A bit old and outdated but the breakfast was wonderful. Skip the dinner, for 38 Euros per person, you can find much better food at any other restaurant. "

"This time, we couldn't be accommodated in this property due to the fact we had forgotten one photo ID. We understood that'. The receptionist perfectly explained the rules. The refund was processed by the booking company. That's fine. The strange experience was in the restaurant we used before heading back home. The tip was rounded up much higher we mentioned. It was bizarre. After calling the hotel's restaurant first we heard we need to come back to do refund difference through the terminal which was rather inconvenient while we just returned back home. Fortunately, quite promptly, the restaurant manager called us back and mentioned that all had been fixed. It was a very unfortunate stay for us this time comparing to our very first visit in this hotel last year. I am aure that next time we will be able to enjoy this hotel facilities fully again. Thank you "

"A place to feel at home! The breakfast is extraordinary with a huge variety and very friendly staff. We liked the possibility to sit and have a coffee or cocktail around the bar area with comfortable sofas and daylight. You should try the homemade "Waldschlösschen" cake! Delicious! We will definitely stay at the Parkhotel again, when we are around next time."
