Perfektes Sommer-Hotel

Alles war perfekt. Der direkt Zugang zum Meer ist fantastisch und das Wasser so schön und klar. Das Essen im Hotel sehr lecker und viele weitere Restaurants in der nähe. Service war auch exzellent. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Hotel in Traumbucht!

Traumhafte Bucht, das Meer glasklar und ruhig, waren noch nie so viel im Meer schwimmen als in diesem Urlaub! Das Hotel toll, aber jeden Abend Livemusik bis kurz nach 23.00, je nach Lage des Zimmers wird man durch die Musik schon gestört...... Das Essen auch sehr gut, aber relativ kleine Karte, das Tagesmenü wechselt zwar täglich, wenn man jedoch fast 2 Wochen bleibt wird das Essen irgendwann fad...... Man kann jedoch zu Fuß in ein paar wirklich sehr gute Restaurants in Mali Losinj gehen!

Schitterend hotel met een goede service, hygiene, ook het restaurant was uitstekend. Er is echter te weinig georganiseerd voor de gasten. Ook de baai waaraan het hotel gelegen is, is een beetje saai.

The hotel is very beautiful from an interior design perspective presenting a mix of modern and classic features. Its position is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is facing a breath-taking and quite bay and behind it there is a pine forest. There is a nice long path by the sea for long walks, several little beaches and restaurants. We had a pleasant stay and the hotel staff was overall very polite and professional except some of them appeared to be rather unexperienced so we experienced some service hiccups. I was attempting to have a manicure at the spa and I ended up having three of my fingers hurt and all my nails damaged by the practitioner. However, the more senior staff managed the incident very professionally. We also had a problem at the check-out when we were given the bill. The first bill we were given was wrong and we had to explain that we purchased a half board and the member of staff was rather unprofessional and argued back that this was not the case. We insisted she should check the account and she then realised we actually had half board. In addition, there was a confusion about the pricing of services at the spa where they have a pricing list in Kune (local currency) and Euros. However, when we checked out the price in Euros on the final bill was different, apparently as subject to exchange rates. The pricing list at the spa should clearly state that the price in Kune is the correct one and the price in Euros is only indicative.
