"The property seemed to be in the middle of construction/remodel. The apartment itself was spacious but was unfinished. The space under the tub was untitled, the floors in the door frame were missing separators, and most importantly, there were no window coverings on any of the windows, nor was there a shower curtain or door. It felt like we were given a room that was close but just not quite finished. Also, we were on the 6th floor but the elevator only went up to 5. Better than nothing! If...

"The appartement was very nice, cosy and clean, and in a new building. It was fully equipped, including breakfast food (cereals, milk, etc.). The location was also a great asset, as it was close to the bus and train station, to a shopping mall as well as to the city center. In addition, the lady, who greeted us, Lenka, was really nice and helpful, and provided us with many good recommendations on what to do in Brno and its surroundings."

"El departamento está en una zona que para nada se ve segura, no hay forma de estacionarse rápido ni te ayudan a hacerlo, ni hay elevador y es en el 4 piso pero son 2 secciones de escaleras subir maletas es mortal! "This hotel is excellent value for money. Everything you need is there. The breakfast buffet caters for every want and need and the breakfast dining room is pleasant for a long breakfast. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and housekeeping welcome feedback and requests and are responsive. The room windows are effective in cutting outside noise . Air conditioning is in each room and is adequate but not the best. We have stayed in summer and recently in autumn. The beds are huge and very comfortable and tea and coffee facilities are provided in each room. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially in the Bruno bar and restaurant. The food there is excellent and service is superb. A special mention for Hana, in the Bruno cafe who is exceptionally friendly and helpful as a server. The hotel is an easy 20 minute walk into town or you can walk 5 minutes to the trams or just across the road to the bus stops. Alternatively, it is about a £3 taxi ride into town via the Bolt taxi app. Kaufland supermarket is an easy walk away as is the Lužansky park if you wan a pleasant morning walk after breakfast. The hotel also has an excellent massage therapist, gym facilites, pool etc. This was our 2nd visit and we will certainly be back. "
