「The staff was fine and the room was clean. The room description said it came with a trundle bed, which it did not. Also, the closet and shelf space were not what we expected. We came in from the states in the winter and needed more room to hang our belongings.」

「First time at this hotel and was very impressed. Everything was modern and clean, USB ports on each side of the bed, very powerful shower, huge towels. The staff (especially Rutie) were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't use the spa, but the gym was well-equipped and very modern. The hotel is very well located and on several bus routes making it very easy to get to most places in Jerusalem. More importantly it is far enough away from all the noise being created by the light rail...

「A beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. I was allowed an early check-in and a late checkout. I was able to witness Shabbat and was in walking distance to all the beautiful treasures of our beautiful city.」
