Leider war diese Unterkunft überbucht und wir mußten in einen unmöglichen Tourismus-Bunker. Aus dem wir nach einer Nacht und vielen Versprechungen geflohen sind. Man hat uns versprochen das Geld zurück zu erstatten... Wir sind gespannt. Leider waren wir nicht die einzigen wie wir herausgefunden haben... Enttäuschend...

Personal sehr freundlich und auch sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer sind sauber mit Balkon, Frühstück ausreichend vorhanden und mit ordentlicher Auswahl. Es ist ein kleineres Hotel mit kleinem Pool und mit einem schönen Garten. Werden es beim nächsten Kreta- Urlaub sicher wieder buchen.

Pour très peu de jours

Personnel très accueillant Check un rapide Propreté parfaite Petit déjeuner au top Les chambres n'ont rien à voir avec les photos en tout cas les "normales" elles sont petites mais comme nous étions un seul par chambre tout allait bien Je plains toutefois les familles avec enfants WiFi bonne Au chapitre du négatif, la vue de ma chambre 303 dont le balcon donne sur un mur a moins d'un mètre La piscine très petite mais bon ont est vraiment pas loin de la mer Si c'est pour vraiment peu de jour je recommande, si vous voulez y passer une semaine faites attention Un petit conseil a 200 m un peu plus haut il y a une Taverne MILATO alors là je recommande a 100%

The room I was allocated was not a room in the main hotel complex. It was what appeared to be a unit building, where the hotel housed customers when the main hotel rooms had been over-booked. When it rained on the second day of my stay I had to wade through water in the hotel carpark, to get to the main hotel building for breakfast. The room I was in did not appear to be any of the rooms advertised on the website. During the four nights of my stay, I heard other customers given the same story I received, that they were in this area because the main hotel was full, but the hotel representative maintained that the rooms we were allocated were equal to a standard room at the hotel. I do not believe I received the level of accommodation I thought I was paying for when I paid for my reservation, back in February.

Worst hotel experienced I had in my life so far

We got to the hotel by midnight and we turned up there they said that they have no room for us due to overbooking, then they re-allocate us into a really old and dirty apartment next to a main road. I could not catch any sleep due to the noise. The guys in the hotels looked like the Greek mafia and they said that we could go somewhere else if we wanted, being this at midnight.On top of that, hotels.com did not offer me a refund even after calling them 2 times, they just offer a voucher instead even after explaining that I should not pay for a product I did not buy. This is the first time it happens to me and also first time I leave such a negative review to anyone.

I can’t actually review this hotel because I wasn’t able to stay here due to “plumbing problems”. They forced us to stay at a low budget apartment which was a 10 min walk away from Hotel Georgia called Lyktos apartments which was almost half the price (45 euro per night when we paid 83$ per night). They refused to even oblige me with a decent partial refund and said that we should have walked the 10 mins out of our way to get our free breakfast. They offered us $5 back per each night we were supposed to stay, like $90 per day is no sweat off my back. This place is run by scam artists who lied to Expedia about forcing us to stay elsewhere when I tried to file a complaint. We were laughed at when asking the manager for a refund for the price difference. Save your money, there’s a million other better hotels in the area.

When first arriving to Georgia hotel I admit we were concerned. The street was not very nice so it didn’t give us a nice impression of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the check in was easy. Our room (studio) was not what we expected. Extremely small, tiny bathroom, a balcony you could barely sit on and yes there was a little sea view but mostly the back and top of other old yucky buildings. The toilet seemed to be broken, there was exposed wiring on the balcony and then the air con started leaking. I’m not a person to complain but we weren’t happy. I went down to talk to them but they didn’t have any other rooms At the time (it was late at night) so the lady told me to speak to someone else in the morning. I spoke to the next lady and she was very helpful. Showed me a couple different rooms and we ended up waiting for other people to check out so we could have a suite. It was only $100 (AUD) for the whole 5 nights to upgrade and it was SUCH a better room. Much nicer looking, bigger balcony with an amazing view of the ocean, pool, and a soccer field. The room was much bigger and the bathroom was nicer. We were much happier when we switched rooms. The rest of the stay was nearly perfect. Amazing staff and even got to meet and drink with the owner. Pool was beautiful and mostly quiet. Beautiful food with reasonable prices, so close to the beach as well. Towards the end of the stay there were a few little hiccups (power outages etc) but overall very happy.
