"Overall, the customer service and hospitality is excellent! Especially during our private excursions, and morning brunch was always great! My only negative comments would be to remove all the debris and trash from leftover construction materials on the side of the hotel, very much an eye sore for the customers. The pool needed chemical treatment as the water was green. Lastly, our AC did not function well on our last day. "

"Place is beautiful, spotless, just a little musty, not sure of the source. Staff was excellent in their respective work. Great facilities. Pool is nice and clean. Location is close to the Main Street, walkable. Their in house restaurant offers a wide array of food but you must ask them times because they have specific times for each: Italian, American, Filipino cuisine.. all great! If you’re looking for a great hotel, this is it!"

"The wreck dives are great but my family didn’t like it as much. The diving team Tom, Iko and Shay are all great. They are very knowledgeable and personable. Service at the resort is impeccable. MJ, Naomi, Steph are great. They always accommodate our dietary restrictions at breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The bar tenders are also great. It is a full bar but don’t expect to get high quality spirits. We had a villa on the beach with Air Conditioning. The A/C helps if you are in bed just below it but it is still very humid and hot in the rest of the room. The food is OK. Wifi is unreliable. You can get wifi only in the common areas (dining room, reception, dive centre) so the first beach villa near the dining room had some wifi."

"Our stay at Chindonan Beach and Dive resort was excellent!! The staff are all very accomodating and friendly. We were greeted with welcome drinks and big smiles. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We were in the new ones, ocean front deluxe and the views - you cannot get better. This location is remote, and island paradise, ideal for those wanting some peace and relaxation away from the tourist crowds, exactly what we were looking for. It is a 40 mins speedboat ride from coron. The food was delicious, and the staff took exyra care to ensure I had gluten free options. Dinner is served family, buffet style, Everyone eats together it is so lovely. Special shout out to Matt and Frank who took special care with us diving, my kids had a great time!
