今回で3回目の滞在ですが、設備も清潔でスタッフのかたも大変親切です。朝食後にだしたラウンドリーが昼過ぎに返ってきたのにはビックリしました。

Love the architecture, this hotel has a complete facilities, such as great size swimming pool, spa, what I love the most is Jacuzzi and sauna. This hotel offers savory breakfast buffet that has variety of authentic Javanese cuisines. Also, this hotel has met international standard as every staff able to communicate in English.

The area is very excellent everywhere from reception, to staff, and to the rooms. The only thing you can have a look out is some areas can be cleaned from dust in the rooms by lamps and shelves. Everything else I am very happy about the stay in this hotel.

Slight smell of smoke in non smoking room. No remote TV when I came in. After receiving remote found that TV was not good, many dead spots on screen. The most I like is the bed linen and pillows quality, one of the best I've been at this price level

Great holiday exp with family
Great experience staying there. Room is clean and hotel guy is helpful and give their best services. Room also provided with clean mukena wrapped with plastic which not found such kind of this in my hotel experience. Keep up this good work bro ... thanks

This large hotel in Malang stands out as a nice place for respite in an otherwise crowded and traffic jam packed city. The rooms and hotel are very nice with a pool, spa and sauna, and the restaurant has great breakfasts but staff is slow to restock

Lage nicht optimal, da in neuem Wohngebiet.
Das Hotel ist auf westeuropäische Gäste nicht eingestellt. Es ist ein Tagungshotel für Muslime und asiatische Besuchergruppen, was man am Speisenangebot beim Frühstück sehr merkt. Gegen 3.00 Uhr wird man durch den Muezzim und den hoteleigenen Hahn geweckt. Service etc emtsprechen nicht dem europäischen Standart, dass war in allen anderen Hotels auf Java anders.

I wish that the hotel were a non-smoking one. The pub on 11th floor was so congested with cigarette smoke that I could not enjoy being in there and immediately must go out.

Goed zwembad, goede locatie. Redelijk ontbijt buffet, genoeg keus. Mijn kamer met 2 single bedden was netjes. Alleen bij het tegen elkaar schuiven van de 2 bedden was onder het bed niet goed schoongemaakt. Dit is wel gelijk opgelost. Personeel erg vriendelijk.

マランの中心に位置するアクセス便利無いホテル。
当日、イベントがありキッチンの真上の部屋。エキゾーストの騒音最悪。 でも満室なので諦めて翌日最上階にアップグレード部屋は快適になりました。 レストランの皆さん朝食時笑顔でおはようございますですよ、朝から無表情はいけません。 なんだかんだで1週間突然お湯が出無かったり、ほんの2秒程度の停電5、6回ありましたがインドネシアでは良くあること。 プールのスタッフ日本在住経験あり良く気がつく良い人です。

Nice hotel close to facilities that we need.
We arrived in the afternoon. It took only 10 minutes for processing & we were shown to our room. Our room close by swimming pool so it was expected to be a little bit noisy, however noise is stop by 10 or 11 o'clock at night so it is still ok by us. Unfortunately one of the lift was broken when we were there, luckily we always out all day so it does not affect us that much. And also we were allowed to use staffs lift which was helpful immensely. In our next destinations I found out that I lost my wallet with some amount of money & a few cards in it. My nephew rang the management to query if they come across it & straight away they told us that they've found the wallet & the contents and waiting for instructions what to do with them. I have now got my wallet back with contents intact thanks to the management & the honesty of the hotel staffs.

Al met al een prachtig hotel, goed eten, geweldig zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpunt is de herrie. Het hotel licht vlak bij een doorgaande weg en de balkondeuren sluiten slecht waardoor er veel geluid doorheen komt. Ook de meerdere moskees die regelmatig "af gaan" zorg voor veel geluid. Zorg dus dat je oordoppen bij hebt, en je hebt een fantastisch verblijf

Enjoy my staying there
Good hotel and clean, staffs were warm and good hospitality as well as very responsive. Room and bathroom clean, the ambience is great. The foods are nice. The pool area is cool. Near to downtown. I really enjoy my staying in Ijen with my family. A tiny critics is you can hear the people talking next door in the room. However itis recommended staying here.

Fancy on the surface, poor quality underneath
Overpriced hotel. Looks really fancy at first. But the rooms were not cleaned properly and the quality of the rooms could be improved. It seemed poorly managed as they seemed to want to save money on everything (used slippers in the room, had to ask 3 times for toilet paper and then received a half roll, reused bottles for shampoo and conditioner, etc.). Small rooms and not at all soundproof.
