「2人で利用しましたが、部屋が狭くて2人分のトランクを広げる場所がありませんでした。 設備は清潔で、フロントの対応も良かったです。 しかしながら、部屋でお湯を沸かした際、電気ポットが壊れていたらしくグツグツと沸騰が止まらずスイッチからも蒸気がもれておりスイッチで止めようとして人差し指を火傷しました。主人が電源を抜いてようやく沸騰が止まリました。 その後フロントに状況を伝えてポットを交換してもらいましたが、交換に来たスタッフの方に指の水ぶくれを見せても、へえ?という顔をしただけで特にお詫びとかはありませんでした。日本のホテルだったら有り得ない対応だなと文化の違いを感じました。」

「NICE clean furnished apartment. Comfortable, spacious with settee and two club chairs, kitchen table for four, desk and chair. Full refrigerator, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Everything was newer. Staff were welcoming and helpful. I booked through Expedia. Great value for the price. Parap is a good safe location. Cafe's, chemist, shops within 2 blocks. Museums, botanical gardens, waterfront accessible by car. Darwin is not that big. If you stay in the CBD those tourist attractions...

「The staff where absolutely amazing. The cabins are surprisingly quiet even being close to the airport. My only negative was that once the office closed at 4pm there was no way of booking a cabin for that night. I rang at 5.30pm and was told no one was available to supply me with a key. Over my stay I sighted other travelers turning around after 4pm, I have to assume it was because there was no one available to book them in.」

「The hotel is centrally located and convenient to get to the main street. The room is not spacious, but still it is enough. The facilities are a bit not modern, say limited electronic plugs, but still we were satisfied with it. Moreover, the wifi facility should be further improved as the hotel just allowed one person to access to wifi but not all.」

「Room is large enough, with a balcony and small kitchen. Yet the room is little bit dusty, and a few ants were found in the bathroom. The cooking equipment such as fry pan seems not very clean. The big problem is, there is no Wifi in the room. 」
