Had best hotel experience ever! This hotel for satisfaction guarantee! Hotel manager & stuff your best friends here. Taking complete beautiful care of You. Beyond Friendly ! Fabulous hotel in the heart of historical Malaga. Best coffe! Excelent bed! Great rest and sleep. This hotel is also a museum for Malaga artist Pepe Bornoy. Next door from amazing Teatro Cervantes! Flamenco Theater Spa! Of caurse next to PICASSO museum & Botega cafe. Will be back to this hotel with pleasure. As a very expeienced travrller around the world I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HP Hotel! This is a small but nice Hotel nearby the historical center. The room was ok, but smells funny? We have window to atrium. There are no shelfs in the bathroom, for all our things. 20 minutes walk to the Malagueta beach. The breakfast was outstanding! Everything you can wish for. Lovely girls working at breakfast!

Front desk reception staff is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room they gave me was on the first floor toward the back of the hotel. This was good for me since it was very quiet. I’ve stayed in rooms with a balcony over a busy street and that is very noisy at night. The parking the hotel offers offsite is very nice and the reception staff do a great job explaining how to get there. It may be a bit confusing, so I recommend walking to garage to see where it is before attempting to drive there. This trip to Spain I chose to rent a car and it is proving to be quite expensive and inconvenient. I don’t recommend doing so to anyone.

I reserved this hotel at the last minute, not expecting much, but I was greatly surprised that this hotel has a fabulous location, restaurants, shopping places and tourist attractions are walkable. The most AMAZING surprise was that the processions during the Holy Week. We had the blessing to watch them from our balcony ❣️❣️❣️… Big thanks to Almudena for making us feel so welcome and for her kindness ❤️

Great location, art, breakfast and friendly staff

We were in Malaga for one night after a long travel day. The room was small by US standards and quite comfortable. The location is in the pedestrian area. A car is not necessary and parking options are slim. My wife and I appreciated the art in the hotel!

The hotel is situated in the city center, near Picasso’s house. You can find lots of tapas bar/restaurants nearby and it’s very easy to move around the city from there. Very recommended!! :)

Lovely Hotel in the Heart of Malaga.

My partner and I visited Malaga for a few days, both our birthdays are around the same time and we thought a little trip away would be a perfect way to celebrate. Hotel Del Pintor is in a superb location, right in heart of Malaga and easily accessed from the bus routes from the airport. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who explained our room wasn't quite ready yet, however explained our luggage could be left at the hotel while we go and explore Malaga. On our return to the hotel our luggage had been moved into our room already. The room was clean and welcoming with a very comfortable bed. The Hotel also has a little cafe attached where you can enjoy a coffee and breakfast. Hotel guest also receive a voucher where they can claim a free coffee from the cafe. The only very small criticism of the hotel would be the curtains in the room, they were very thin and the lights from the courtyard shone into the room through the curtains meaning the room never really got dark. However we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, we are planning to visit Malaga again around May time and hope to book again with Hotel Del Pintor.

Nice room, great location, bidet is a nice touch. Friendly staff. Bed a bit too firm. They also need to update the card in the room indicating free coffee anytime (not true; just a card for one free coffee and not available 24/7).

Hotel moderno, limpio y bien situado. Personal atento y amable y detalle de caja de galletas me impresionó. Lo peor fue el ruido por la noche de la calle. Las ventanas no son apropiadas para el lugar y pase una mala noche como consecuencia. Si el ruido no es un problema, entonces este es un buen hotel para pasar unos días…

Aardige dames bij de receptie. Kamer eerder klaar dan de inchecktijd. Modern stadshotel op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Leuke kamer, fijn bed, geweldige douche. Welkomstdrankje, fles water op de kamer en waterdispencer bij de receptie Wel warm op kamer (21) op de 2e verdieping, bereikbaar per lift. Met raam open slapen is ivm rumoer op straat niet aan te bevelen. Een kamer zonder uitzicht is rustiger. Leuke rooftop, weliswaar zonder uitzicht, maar leuk om te relaxen op een bedje. Hotel biedt fietshuur aan met eigen fietsen. Blijf je alleen in de oude stad dan zou ik dat niet doen, te druk. Ontbijt is in de receptie/lobby en je reserveert je ontbijt tijd op de avond ervoor. Keuze van een kaart. Bedenk goed wat je wilt want bijbestellen is er niet bij. Ook maar 1 kop koffie. Mogelijkheid om in een parkeergarage op 300 meter te parkeren. Auto met lift naar beneden. Met een kleine auto prima te doen. Parkeerplaatsen zijn krap. €19,- per dag.

We did not stayed there. Upon arrival they informed us that our room had flooded. But they had pre arranged for us to stay in a super close hotel across the street. They were very nice and we did not have issues at the other hotel.
