There was zero wifi even though they claimed there was and the AC stopped working around 1230am. We woke up boiling hot and suffered until we left at 8am. "We had a great stay here - house was beautiful and well equipped and the remoteness and private pool were great for a relaxing stay in Crete. While you are about 20 mins outside of Chania it served as a good base for all of the western beaches and attractions while still close enough to Chania for dinners and exploring. On top of that Erato was super hospitable and responsive to our needs - highly recommended!"

"We had a great stay! The hotel is in an excellent location, especially if you want to enjoy the nightlife. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, while you can still drive very close to the hotel, which makes arriving with luggage much easier. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!"
