Fantastic location within walking distance of all the sights; welcoming staff that pampered our golden retriever; good breakfast included, as well as wine and cheese everyday at 4pm with live entertainment; use of the spa included; roof top bar. Le personnel n'est pas au service des clients. Arrivé complétement farigué à l'hôtel on me dit que ma reservation n'apparait pas et on m'a tout simplement et littéralement mis dehors, avec certes de plates excuses mais aucune aide, aucune solution. Le problème vient d'eux et d'expedia, les conséquences ...
