The room they give us was big but the cleaning ladies did not do anything to clean it changed towels during the 3 nights we were there. They just came in after our first night and took out our trash but did nothing to fix it change towels or clean, nothing.

Room was very nice and clean the front desk folks were very nice and friendly. Did have one issue with invalid charge for some drinks, but one phone call and they fixed it right away. All in all a great experience and we will be back.

The room was so beautiful, clean and huge. The hitel public areas were girgeius green garderns and everything was well maitained. Most of all the service level was exceptional! Felt like a 5 star hotel in Eur not Israel
