"Loved the location as it is close to everything but unfortunately the pool and hot tub being in the basement was disappointing. There is no general lounging area where one could enjoy a latte and relax, unless I missed it, and the area near the front desk was often crowded. The best thing besides the location was the staff, particularly Ms Lee at the front desk. A real asset to the guests and a reflection of the hire’s desire to provide exceptional customer service."

"This is a Fantastic hotel. We really enjoyed our second stay and will book it again next time. The customer service is excellent, My daughter uses a Wheelchair and I contacted them prior to our visit and they made sure that we were upgraded to the most accessible room at no additional cost. They are more than happy to organise transport and book tours for guests. The hotel itself is extremely Clean and Comfortable. Soft and Luxurious beds and Black out Curtains for a good nights sleep. The bathroom has very good quality toiletries. It is a great location, 5 minutes walk to Insadong and the Palaces. 20 minutes to Myeongdong and Gwangwang Markets. There are some amazing restaurants close by. Buses are at the front door and Auguk and Jonggak Stations are nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was very well located for Myeongdong. Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. It had coin laundry facilities in the hotel which was very convenient. However you had to go to the 3rd floor for irons (no irons available in the bedroom)."

"Apparently there is talk of this place closing down. Pool isn’t in operation and looks like it hasn’t been for some time. A few dead cactuses dotted around in pots near the cafe and breakfast room. Breakfast was good and a very handy CU convenience store in the foyer. About AU$12 for a k.ride to Hongdae."
