「I booked for six (4 adults and 2 children), when we arrived they only had accommodation for 4 (1 double bed and 2 singles) however the booking by Expedia confirmed 2 double beds and 2 single beds and accepted the booking for six occupants. They found 2 camp beds for my children which meant we had to squeeze 4 into one small room. 「This is a nice 3 stars hotel, clean and with all basic facilities in room, a bit old. The staff was very nice and helpful. I am apreciated the free coffee and tea are provided all day long, perfect for a retreat after skiing. Good location that close to pila ski and big supermarket just next to the hotel」

「Quiet and simply. You cannot get any better accommodation in - not only in Courmayeur but - all Europe to that price with these amenities and its staff. We really felt like home as the owner family is treating us. The gentlemen had been giving advises for Ski slopes like we are his family. His wife is greeting me and wife every time we see her like family. The night manager gentleman had been waiting for us to return to hotel late at night and closing the doors after us like we are his family....
