The room was nice, bright and clean, the amenities were very nice and the breakfast was quite tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. "Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly. Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!! No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap! "
