「I’ve had multiple stays at this property and it is the best choice in Baton Rouge. What draws away from a best rating is poor valet parking service. I twice followed instructions on the parking ticket to text at least 15 minutes before needing my car. 「I come into town about 5 to 6 times a year, and this is always my go-to place. It's comfortable, quiet, clean, and well priced」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Parking was easy and safe well maintained in general for an older property. We'll stay there again if in the area.」

「Can I start by saying the staff at this facility is absolutely outstanding! I never saw a single person opened that front door. And the valet at my door and took my handful of trash, half a block down to throw it away for me and ran back to get me in the door. Front desk was exceptionally helpful and everyone’s very friendly and constantly welcome to you. My room was well appointed, the bed was super comfy, and it was very clean. If you’re staying in Baton Rouge, this is the place!」

「Our one night stay was very nice. The hotel was clean and inviting. The bar area was small, but had friendly staff. Our particular room was arranged nicely where I could put on make-up and do my hair without being in the bathroom while my husband was showering. Ice was a short distance away and the A/C cooled properly.」

「The hotel is very nice, the rooms are large, clean and comfortable, and the price is not expensive.」

「I would like to know why I was charged $250 holding fee that I will not get back for weeks, if I ever get it back. I ah e heard of hotels charging a $50 holding fee, but that’s ridiculous. The property was fantastic」
