I was baffled by refusal to allow use of handicapped parking - it appeared to be "saved" for motorcycles. We were told it was previously promised to others. Interesting medium size medieval town. This needs to be investigated and either explained or refunded appropriately. Room was beautifully clean and the hotel generally well maintained. Very convenient for transport as it's right opposite the station and bus and tram stops. "
