We had the larger corner window room on the first floor, with canal views. Bef was small for a "King" -- international queen size in reality. Breakfast was good, though not as good as many of our other UK stays. Parking was easy, and the walk along the canal was nice. Dinner at the hotel wss good. Room could be noisy in warmer weather, as the terrace and patio of the restaurant are directly outside of the room. But weather was cold enough that nobody was outside during our stay, so quiet overnight.

Parking easy and secure. Room very clean and comfortable. Excellent bar and riverside restaurant. Staff were amazingly helpful especially Shreya, Paul and Mo who went above and beyond. Definitely hope to come back.

Kamer oogt netjes. En was al beter dan ons vorig verblijf, maar de kozijnen zitten vol met schimmel vanwege de slechte ventilatie en enkele beglazing. Zou niet weer voor dit hotel kiezen.

Parking handy - Staff very good and efficient, especially Paul very friendly, and appeared to be doing everything and with a smile. Fab river view, nice bath and actually had aircon. Only gripe the safe didn't work.

Lovely location on the river, bar was fab and the seating on the river excellent. Room accross in the lodge was clean enough but clearly a problem with the plumbing, the smell was Instantly noticeable when entering the room.
