It would have been a higher rating if I had hot water to take a shower. The phone was disconnected and no one was available in the morning when I needed that shower. Also,they didn’t have their password available in the room for an internet connection.

Do yourself a favor stay elsewhere. First of all the property is not lakefront or on a lake as advertised. False advertising!! The room was dirty and cold the shower was a trickle and water leaked all over the bathroom which didn’t even have a blind or curtain.

Extremely dirty, rude staff, the smell smoke in non smoking rooms. And to top it off BED BUGS. 3 hours into my stay I noticed my leg itching, which led me to check the matress. To the find multiple bed bugs, up one notifying the staff I was offered nothing other then a shrug. And no help due to me booking through Expedia. ( even though I wasn’t charged through Expedia) DO NOT GO HERE

Minor water issue
My room was recently renovated, so all was good. Microwave and refrigerator was appreciated. Unfortunately there were issues with the water in the county, so bottled water was supplied by the hotel. A bit of an inconvenience, but it was not the hotel's fault.

This is the place to go
Outstanding.I was skeptical because of older reviews, but they obviously put a lot of money into renovations. This was nicer than the Hilton I stayed in 2 nights ago.

Dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. Unhelpful staff. I understand this being a motel and it need not be fancy, but it could be simple and humble BUT CLEAN. There is no excuse for being smelly and dirty.

Great Stay
The location is very convenient and easy to find. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Because of the longer driveway, it's quiet and calm. A 24/7 diner is just a few steps away. I will definitely return.

We were pleasantly surprised with the room. I had read previous reviews both good & bad & decided to take a chance & book 2 nights. I am happy to say all was good, the room was simple, but clean. So if you're undecided, give them a chance.

Couldn't even stay. Dude charged my card and denied ever charging it. Says something went wrong with his computer and then tried charging me again! I showed him the message I received from my bank saying I was charged and even showed him my bank statement but still denied it. Now I need to take time out of my busy schedule to go to my bank and get my money back. What a dud place to go. Be careful!

Bugs ,Bugs Bugs on the Night Stand covered my drink within minutes of me putting it down couldn't touch it after ,what a waist of a great drink , other was Closer Door would not open all the way very hard to get too , also Bathroom Window wasn't very good , dirty under the Door mat outdoors This one is a stay away unless you want Bugs in your items

Still waiting on my money was butten by bed bugs, shower curtain was filty, had to clean to be able to shower. Checked in mostly late at nights so got a chance to see the property it was very filty. Front desk gentle was helpful but need them to reemburse my money please. They totally acted like me being bitten was ok.. thanks to expedia they assisted me in finding another facility. Will never stay there every again.. management need to be more understanding and respectful of customer need and incidents.

The air conditioner didn't work, outside the front window is garbage cans That's all I smelled all night long. Was the garbage and the linen cart was blocking. My view out the window that sat next to the garbage can.
