"Lovely hotel after numerous visits here excellent location not far from airport but not on flight path.Staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely rooms and very comfortable beds and showers with good pressure.Food always good here with plenty of choice and never a problem with sickness here.Overall a very good hotel at a very reasonable price "

"The Marina single street is full of restaurants and each of them eager to get your business, food is mediocre in all Egypt unless you go to a 5 star hotel restaurant. The Blue Bay beach is relaxing and very small. I bought an excursion in the hotel and paid in US dollars and had to cancel due to being sick and they returned only half of what I paid. The strange thing was that they never gave me any receipts, not at the begining, nor at the end."

"Everything above staff was very accommodating. Very nice. I enjoyed giving each and every last one of them many tips the room was just what we expected. The food was excellent. Very nice vacation."

"The room was clean and looked like it was newly renovated. Not sure how the sea view picture was taken or where the pool was though. You can see the sea standing up and a pool in a neighbouring restaurant (Villa Lounge) along with Titos close by you could swim at."

"Horrible experience. The room wasn't properly cleaned specially the shower. You hear a lot of noise from the street nearby so it's hard to have a good night. But honestly that is not what got it 1 star. Staff is very very pushy. During check in they send someone with you to "carry your bag" and even after declining he stayed in the room waiting for cash before leaving. In other instances you feel pressured to give cash for no reason. It's not the level of service we've found in Egypt. The private beach is very small between multiple shops. The spa can be nice if you overlook hygiene (you can see a lot of bugs in the changing areas). The rooftop was closed (for renovation) so we only tested the general restaurant and got sick from it after a day. We can't talk about the diving center since we were too sick to dive. I don't recommend this hotel."

"They charge for beach towels. Shower water pressure was weak. The room was very noisy from the outdoor noise. It wa as if the windows did not exist or opened when they were closed. Check in time was not as promised. The bed was extremely uncomfortable!! Felt every spring while you slept. "
