The room was great! I had a balcony overlooking the sea. I sat in the living room half the night just looking out the window at the well lit beach, while pretending to do work on my laptop. Downstairs, the restaurant had a nice vibe. I had the grilled shrimp tacos. They were amazing! I should have gotten an order for the road! Everything was great, from someone from reception walking me to my room, to the easy on-site parking. I will definitely be back.

The check in process was easy. All staff was very helpful. The receptionist even assisted me in carrying luggage. The beach club was awesome. Great food and drinks. Abraham was very hospitable and energetic. We will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone interested in a great location.

We had a lovely 5 nights in Mahahaul, the hotel is in a prime location, we ate in their restaurant a few times and the food was very good and prices reasonable.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. I also liked the location very much! My disappointment was the Wi-Fi did not work. We were working remotely so this was very important. The Wi-Fi at hotel was out 95% of the time. They also lost power on our last day. Outside of that, the property and rooms were clean but felt very outdated and run down. I guess typical in a beach town but did make it feel as though we over paid for the accommodation. The bed was comfortable but pillows felt very hard and stiff. They also only gave top sheet with no comforter so was very chilly at night without a blanket.

The hotel is right on the beach. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful even with my limited Spanish. The beach is very relaxing and the water is clear and seaweed free. This is a very family friendly environment. I highly recommend renting a car and come to Mahahual for a few days if you’re in Tulum or Cancun. Also this hotel is close to Chacchoben and Bacalar if you want to go explore for the day.

The Hotel is clean and nicely kept. Our room had a balcony with a great view, but also a super small narrow bathroom which was inconvenient. We chose this property because it's described as a beach resort with an open bar/restaurant with beach service open until 10pm. We were very disappointed to discover that the beach area and beach service at this resort close at 4:30pm! Fortunately, there are other options as close by that do offer beach service until 10 or 11pm and honestly have better drink and food options. If i go back to Mahahual i will choose to stay somewhere that offers more truly inclusive and open options.

Do not book this property through Expedia. The good rooms are not available to Expedia. Only the poor ones with no view in the back. They made that clear to us when we arrived, and were given no option for a room with a view.

The property keeps the beach area clean and with great service. The inside of the rooms are clean. The bathrooms can develop a sewer stink but it is due to the sewer conditions in the area, so keep the doors closed and the windows open. The food in the hotel is great and the price is just right. The town is full of people that wants to attract tourism, so everyone is welcoming and nice. You find people from all over the world who made the town their permanent home. The reef in the area is unique and beautiful the hotel arranged our tour to snorkel. I felt safe and relaxed on my stay.

Good location and good for families.
Good location away from cruise port. Rooms are comfortable with a small kitchen-great for families. The only negative is that the walls/floors/ceilings are thin and you can hear voices, footsteps, etc. even if they aren’t being very loud.

I liked this hotel. The bedroom, one queen size bed, a small kitchenette, air conditioning and very clean rooms, not bad at all. It had a nice balcony with an amazing view to the beach. I loved the location of the hotel, they have access to the beach across the Street, and located at the center of small local business and a few blocks away from the taxi and vans public transportation. The hotel has it own restaurant, the food was delicious and at reasonable price. The hotel staff is the best, from the moment me and my family arrived they made us feel welcomed. Awesome customer services! One thing I didn't like is the bathroom, it was a little small and the shower was designed without a door. And the other bed in the living room was too small for two adults. But nothing that couldn't stop me and my family from enjoying our stay. I also didn't like the fact that there is limited transportation to Mahahual and there is only one trusted ATM machine in town. I had to take a taxi to go to it, approximately 15 minutes away, I paid $60 pesos round trip (about $3 usd). Overall not a bad place to be at with young kids. My 6 year old and teenage son enjoyed the bike rides at nights throughout the paved stretch along the waterfront to the light house.

Me dieron una habitación hasta el 4 piso, cargue 4 maletas y kia dos niñas. Hacia mucho aire y hacia mucho ruido golpeaban la lámparas y unas persianas. No pudimos dormir. Falta un poco más de detalle en el baño. Nos dejaron un Papel caís terminado al igual que shampoo.

Hotel muy bien en general, la primer habitación que nos dieron el baño es ultra pequeño, si quieres entrar se tiene que salir el aire, nos tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto por este motivo, al 4o piso escaleras muy empinadas. La limpieza del cuarto no es muy buena, no cambian las toallas del baño en toda tu estancia. El personal es muy amable, las chicas de recepción muy amables. Se ve que le dan mantenimiento constante, por lo que elhotel estabien mantenido. El restaurante está muy bueno, y el beach club muy bien.
