"We asked to see the room before check-in. The bedsheets were wrinkled and stained, we had foreign hair on the pillows and on the mattresses were strange black dots. The windows and the covers were fully stained with dead squashed insects, overall cleanliness was below any critic. Does not meet the standards of a hotel, although the price is there. "I will start with positive first. I am a family guy with two young kids and experienced in using apartments and understand what a good standard would be in the same budget. Good point. Communication was very clear and quick. Bad points. The utensils were incomplete and dirty marks. Liquid wash was finished.
