Great place to stay!

Wonderful place to stay. Very nice people, great rooms and facilities. Close to everything nearby: cities, restaurants, beach. Delicious breakfast is presented with kindness and care. We highly recommend staying at Le Tre Isole.

Good location on Lake Trasimeno, near Perugia

The room was dated and not very clean. To their credit, the bathroom was recently renovated--hopefully, the rest of the complex will get a much-needed facelift. We didn't use the pool because we felt the beach (Zoco) down the road (with a pool) was much nicer. Wifi was spotty.

Fijne locatie als je jonge kinderen hebt

Erg kind vriendelijke locatie, goede uitvalsbasis om Umbrie te ontdekken. vriendelijk personeel, gezellige ontbijt gelegenheid. De apartementen zijn wel gedateerd en zouden wel gerenoveerd mogen worden. De omschrijving van 2 slaapkamers (6 slaapplekken) klopte niet, er is één 2 persoons slaapkamer en dan nog 2 bedden boven in de woonkamer (via trap in de woonkamer) + bedbank in de woonkamer. In dit type appartement is het terras een balkon. het andere type (4 slaapplekken) is op de beneden verdieping en is dus wel voorzien van terras. Er zijn geen douches bij het zwembad en de animatie zet de muziek graag hard. Prijzen in de winkel en bar zijn prima. receptive is erg hulpvaardig

Bella struttura a poca diatanza dal lago Trasimeno

Siamo stati una sola notte ma saremmo ri.asti anche di piu': personale gentilissimo,struttura comoda con il paese e fornita di ben 2 piscine e un accesso al lago.Consigliatissimo.

Non adatto alle famiglie con bambini piccoli

Ci hanno assegnato un appartamento soppalcato nel quale era presente una scala ripida e col passamano non adeguato all'uso di bambini in quanto non protetto lateralmente. Mia figlia di 4 anni è caduta da un'altezza di due metri. Abbiamo sfiorato la tragedia. Il bimbo di un anno tentava spesso la scalata nonostante avessimo messo due sedie a bloccare la scala.alla fine abbiamo dormito tutti accampati di sotto per evitare problemi. Ultimo dettaglio: piscina deludente e poco curata. Dalla foto speravamo qualcosa di più. Meglio la piscina sul lago.

l'unica nota negativa, abbiamo prenotato 2 camere per noi e amici e abbiamo scoperto al nostro arrivo che loro avevano la colazione compresa noi no, mentre sul contratto che abbiamo ricevuto era segnata. la signora alla reception (non troppo gentile quella che abbiamo incontrato al nostro arrivo, molto gentile quella del pomeriggio), ci ha informati che per € 18.00 per l'intero soggiorno potevamo usufruire anche noi della colazione. al momento abbiamo scorperto che i € 18.00 erano a mattina... € 6.00 a testa!!! con una bambina che non ha mangiato quasi nulla e il capuccino preso alla macchinetta??? non è sicuramente una questione di prezzo (noi non siamo diventati poveri, ne loro ricchi) ma solo una questione di principio

air-con is a minus

When I arrived I was informed that the room i had booked was not available. They changed it to an apartment at the same price of the room, and despite the initial mistake, this was appreciated. The apartment though was right under the roof and EXTREMELY hot, so much that the first night was impossible to sleep. Air-Con is an extra which you must pay for, and even once activated, it works on such low power that it is not enough to improve the situation at all. Control of air conditioning has been removed from the rooms... saving energy i guess??? The good thing is the access to the pool, as well as free access to the neighboring pool next to the lake. There is a small market which sells all basic needed things for good prices. Personnel is kind and available.
