"We usually take trips as a family which I then book a large room. Since I was alone this time for a short weekend visit to my wife's relatives I booked a small budget room. "This was the perfect location for easy access to boat trips out to swim with the whale sharks. This was our sole reason for going to Donsol, and we weren't disappointed. It was a magical experience!"

"Excellent pool that runs in front of all of the units. Very friendly/courteous staff. Food options are somewhat limited Rooms have some bad spots with lots of ants present in two of the rooms I stayed in. There is some need for maintenance of the property."

"Over-all it was bang for the buck. Property is clean and has a stable internet, we got all we need. Owner is accommodating and nice. Only downside is no back up power source if there is a power interruption or black out."
