Great location. Staff was very nice and efficient. Room was ok. But no chairs on the balcony and our air conditioner dripped and left a big puddle by the bed/bathroom overnight. We had a pleasant accommodation and would stay there again.

We were looking for somewhere nice and reasonably priced to stay in Mae Hong Son and stumbled across this place. Hotel is at edge of town but still only 15 minutes walk or so to lake. It's set back from main road so is very quiet. It doesn't have any restaurant so you will need to go somewhere for breakfast/ dinner but around lake is great for food. Rooms are styled with concrete walls and floors which works ok in warm country.

Romm was good showwr cubicle leaked water flowing all over. Electricity outaage but staffs do NOT care to five us any light source. Candles not allowwd but they had to have candle light at reception. My internet cut off the next day, invalidate my passwords . Not even saying sorry for all the mishaps Courteous is under statement . One of the guests "not me" commented easier to rob the bank 😂

The location was a bit far from shopping and dining and the night market. The front desk advised that we take a tok-tok as the area near the hotel wasn't safe for tourists to walk (huh??).

Booked on Mae Hong Son loop. I accidentally booked 2 rooms after some confusion where I thought the first wasn’t booked. They wouldn’t cancel my second booking. Whilst it was the conditions of the booking I thought it was harsh. Used the pillows and duvet from other room at least. The suite although looked impressive had a very firm bed, and an odd smell as well a shower that was hard to get warm (had to be reduced to low pressure) The hotel is a walk or short drive from centre. I’d swerve it if I was going back.

Rooms are nice. But that’s where it ends. It’s not a ‘resort’ not a single service provided. No restaurant in hotel therefore no breakfast, lunch, no coffee available no kettle in room. Staff seemed abrupt and unwelcoming, particularly the male manager on front desk. Toilet and shower are inside the room behind glass panels, not great for privacy. Wouldn’t bother paying the price. I won’t be using B2 ‘resorts’ again.

Modernistic design place with small and shallow swimming pool and fairly comfortable rooms. Location is a bit inconvenient: the hotel is a km or a little more to center of town, most other hotels and guesthouses, and the lake. No English speaking channels on the cable TV. A kettle and instant coffee are offered in the room. There is not a real bathroom, only small separate stalls for toilet, and shower, with sink a part of main room. No chairs out on the beautiful balconies of pool facing rooms. A small refrigerator is a nice feature provided in room. Male manager speaks good English, and was very helpful

Dad headquarters was the absolute worst. I accidentally pushed the wrong button when I reserved it and it was a few days off from when I was actually going to be there. Still plenty of time to just let me swap days to the current day I was staying, but they refused to let me switch or refund me. I ended up staying because I was already there, so I paid them twice to stay for one night and they’re just greedy

First impressions were great. Hotel is very modern with poured concrete floors and minimalist design. Pool area looks very nice, WiFi is good, bed is comfy and there is hot water. However, shower is really badly designed. For a massive room, the cubicle is tiny and the door doesn’t close so water gets into the room. The pool is unheated, which is probably why I didn’t see anyone use it in two days. And why I didn’t use it. The location is also not great, being an unpleasant 15 minute walk to town. Beware that you need to pay 500 baht in cash as a deposit on arrival. When you check out someone checks your room before giving this back. All in all, not what I expected for the price.

The staff is very rude and unhelpful... The hotel is so so so remote... Too far from everything, nothing interesting nearby, no tourists place, no restaurant inside or outside, no public transportation. The bathroom was clogged on the first day, dirt came out, and the room needed to be changed！ The bathroom is kind of stupid, no racks or hooks to hang or put towels in, towels and clothes have to be placed on a chair outside the bathroom when taking a shower. Shower not the hottest I’ve had. Only allowed to get one key card per room, we had 2 people, so that made it more difficult for us to go outside separately. The hotel doesn't provide a simple map, just ask yourself to use Google Maps.
