The room was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant, and check-in was smooth. However, the soundproofing in the bedrooms could definitely be improved, as noise from other rooms and the hallway was quite noticeable. With better insulation, the stay would be much more comfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel from check in to check out. It is really well located being walking distance to Sol but also far enough from the tourist areas to get proper meals. Views from the top floors are very nice.

The hotel was great and staff was great. Check in was a breeze and they even stayed with our luggage while we explored Madrid. AC was great and we had hot water for showers. The only con is the shower, it should be a walk in and the rooms are small.

Very functional hotel and room. A little small but we had three triple beds. Beds were v comfortable. Shower was closed and extremely good. Really awesome shower! Good location too. Staff was very very nice.

This was our second time staying in the Leonardo. We chose it for the convenience of walking to Metro stations and easy walk to MalasaƱa. Hotel staff is great. Very attentive and helpful. Property is next to a high traffic route but it's quiet and comfortable inside.
