Beautiful apartment. Large, fluffy towels. Staff was friendly. Stored our bags while we wandered the city until our apartment was ready for check in. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Gran Via is a five minute walk away.

Overall we had a great stay. Staff was extremely communicative and helpful with the check in process, letting us know as soon as our apartment was available so we could check in early (as we had an early flight in). Only issue was there was a group of men hanging outside the building basically the whole time we were there, which made us a bit uncomfortable, especially later in the evening when staff wasn't around.

Our stay was comfortable and the location is excellent — you’re right in the middle of everything. The gentleman on our first day was very nice and helpful. The place was very clean and convenient overall. However, there were a group of teenagers staying the same night who went out partying, and we could hear stomping and noise throughout the night. The walls are quite thin, so you hear everything.

Nice and helpful receptionists. We arrived at 1pm and they checked us in early. They changed our room to the one with an elevator to accommodate our stroller and luggages. Thank you so much

The Place was clean but it is very small. It would be perfect for 2 people, but for 3 was a little too much. There is only 2 chairs at the kitchen table, so we have to take turns. The air conditioner works weel, but there is no vent at the room, so you have to leave the door open to be able to get the cool air. The communication was great once we were there, I tried to ask some questions before arrival but I did not get any answer until I was there. I have a little anxiety, so I was trying to get the check in information ahead of time, but I guess it is normal to get it only at the day before. We had an issue with the bathroom, but they were very fast helping and fixing it and offered me a little refund for the incovinience. It was very thoughtful, in my opinion. Overall it was great. the location was excelent and great food in the area. Walking distance to a lot of places that we visited.

The property is old and pretty tight for 3 adults. Since we had to use the sofa bed, it basically took up all the space in the living room. The location is superb and easily accessible to many attractions by foot. Generally clean and a good value for our trip with a kitchen and even a washer.
