Staff were exceptional and the service was top notch. We choose to stay here as part of the Madrid Marathon host for athletes and truly appreciated the effort made by staff for the after party. Loved the atmosphere with the DJ and staff

Good location and rest just about ok
Great location and overall nice and clean hotel. However, multiple things to caveat. Water only avaialble for first night and rest have to be bought !! Having paid so much for the hotel the basic you expect is daily drinking water. Then swimming pool is only seasonal. Also more concerning was no markings or labels on the food on breakfast. Someone with an allergy or vegetarian it is so so difficult to pick the right food.
