「住宿環境不錯，非常鄰近機場，可以自行步行至機場，也有巴士接送，對於轉機或搭機非常方便，接待服務親切，房間環境良好整潔，但位於野外有較多蟲子，且房間狹小較不舒適。」

「after checked in, i found that the room was not cleaned at all. Then, front desk staff came & checked the status, and let me follow her to front desk again and re-assigned a new cleaned room, no formal apologies. 」
