「This property is set up on a hill top with nothing around it. This hotel claims it’s a wellness retreat but has no spa or onsite services. The food is supposed to be farm to table but there the food services are non existent. You have to leave the property to eat. At check in they inform you that checkout is at 11am sharp and the facilities can not be used such a pool and sunbeds.」

「We enjoyed our all inclusive holiday at Grand Palladium Sicily. We stayed at signature level, but I don't think it's really worth it to pay extra - there is a separate pool for signature level, but we couldn't get a sunbed there due to guests reserving them with towels early in the morning.
