Madisonville visit
This is a great stay. Front desk personnel are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Rooms are roomy, clean. Nice showers. Pool looked inviting. Did not have time to enjoy. Breakfast was as good as the service. Best reason to stay at Holiday Inn. Close to interstate. I strongly recommend.

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The entire hotel was spotless. Each morning the breakfast was fresh and hot. The room was very clean and the bathroom was well stocked with towels.

Great place to stay from a frequent traveler.
Stacy at the front desk was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Excellent employee, every place needs someone like her. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the little to go bag. One of my best stays and I travel a lot.

Check In Issues
From the very start w had issues w checking in. They had an update in their computer system and had issues w taking payment. My bank said there was nothing showing from Holiday Inn Express requesting the transaction. Bank advised to get $ from ATM, but that idea was quickly shot down because they are unable to take cash. Boyfriend used his card so we could get in the room to get ready. His daughter was getting married the next day. We ended up being charged more by the hotel than what was agreed to thru Hotels.com. So my advice to others is if you go thru Hotels.com, pay in advance so this doesnt happen to you as well!! The room was nice. Bed was comfortable and loved the pillows. Great selection at breakfast buffet! Staff was super friendly Also was advised to park on the backside of Hotel. When we went to leave, we noticed that the back passenger door had a large scratch that was deep.
