Good service @ check-in & out. Room on 1st floor was quiet. Close parking if one doesn't mind being in back of bldg / a rear entrance is close by Best feature was hot-tub, it's size-able & runs continuously / no need to exit to turn it back on. Hampton Inn & Suites Madison-West
There was a good variety of breakfast items. Front desk staff was easy and polite to work with. The pool needed a little attention (sand and starburst wrappers). The beds were a little hard. Those are nitpicky things though. This was a very good value stay.
