I'm not sure what was going on during our stay. The rooms were clean but we didn't have tv remotes for the tvs. My room didn't have any garbage cans and breakfast never did happen. May have been some updates going on with low staffing and they weren't ready for guests but I'm not sure.

Outdated hotel. Roaches every where . Rooms I cleaned, elevated uncleaned , garage on hallways full of trashes. Mold smell throughout the building. The staff came to room and the r out roaches. We moved to a another room and roaches were indentfied in the room. Was informed that another guest check out the same night like us because of bugs in the room. Was there no more than a hour.

Nice stay

Checking in went quick and easy management was very pleasant and accommodating room was clean hotel is located out of town didn’t have to deal with a lot of traffic but close enough too town that restaurants are only a short drive away

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. It was so dirty and I kept finding garbage left behind from other stays! I will never stay there again.

Room was clean. The heat probably had not been turned on for awhile. The room was only around 62 and took a very long time to warm it up before I could sleep. The bed was cold even between the sheets

Front desk staff beyond rude, had to switch rooms twice, WiFi didn’t work. First room and hall smelled like cigarette smoke horrible it was so strong, second room had a gas leak 3rd room they couldn’t figure out a key. Hotel looks nothing like the pics

Various maintenance issues in the room and common areas like missing tiles, nicked up paint, bleached & fraying carpet. The room And halls were clean except for dirt piles in corners of elevators. Overpriced for the conditions of the building. The attendant was nice and prompt.

The property had several run down vehicles, red creepy van in parking lot and the staff was less than professional in demeanor and appearance. I told the front desk clerk that I didn't feel safe staying there, asked if I could cancel and get a refund, he said yes. When the refund didn't happen, the General Manager refused to refund and says there is no one higher than her to assist. I'm just suppose to eat the cost of her employees mistake. According to her, I was suppose to get her authorization about a refund. Why would I think I need to talk to anyone when I was told I would get a refund by an employee?

Needs huge upgrades

The bed was rockhard. TV volume was too low at its highest volume. No towels, wash cloths,hand towels. The fridge froze everything and couldn't adjust it because the knob was broke off. Only 3 pillows for a king size bed. The sheets were stained. The elevator was scary, it jumped and shook.
