「It seems to be a new hotel. The elevator wasn't working so we used the stairs which seemed to be an incomplete afterthought. Other than the stair situation it was a nice place」

「The room was clean, but had a very musty smell to it. It was a “non smoking” room, but the rooms around it must have been smoking rooms because I could smell smoke from time to time. The towels were very thin and the stopper in the tub did not work. The next morning, the cable was out for awhile and when it came back on was only working for the network channels.」

「Lost our reservation. Didn’t get any kind of notice that the hotel was being bought by another hotel and property was in horrible condition. Hotel stunk and was dirty. Room was in terrible condition and stunk. No TV in room. Had to get staff to bring us one. Bathroom was gross. No hot water. Place looked very unsafe. Would not have stayed here but could not find another room in town. Awful experience. 」
