"Great stay, only one criticism is that we were given the room specifically designed for disabled people which meant it was a wet room shower, all in all very nice hotel and amenities. Good breakfast would definitely recommend."

"Room carpets were dirty. On the other hand staff was so curtious and helpful that other stuff doesn't matter. Specially brother Imran on the front desk he did all his efforts to find out our lost luggage in Egypt Airline and guided us in the we found our luggage next day.
Many many thanks to brother Imran. He's a real asset to the hotel.

"One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been in, it was so clean quiet very nice staff ever since I came in and I was greeted by Abdelrahman the food ,the room service the ambiance it’s only 5 min walk from the Quba mosque if your a fast walker the neighborhood is amazing the Madinah people are the best most kindest most humble humans I have ever came across at Allah bless them inshallah "
