The first room we were put in was terrible. It had a wall and roof view.
We did have to pay for an upgrade to avoid the wall. They said that is what you get with a standard room.
Overall the room was clean. No coffee pods for coffee. The fridge was an afterthought and was on the floor.
The hotel is becoming dated and the is casino terrible. Luckily Venetian was next door.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is authentic, beautiful and clean. We had a room with a canal view and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff is accommodating and friendly.
