10/10 Excellent

"This hotel is amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful. Both pool areas are fantastic. We did not eat at the hotel, so cannot comment on this. Room was lovely. Comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk onto the promende (downhill), and 5 min walk (uphill) to get to a small selection of cafes and restaurants. Would most definately return in future. Highly recommend!"

"The reception staff were excellent and always very helpful. Loved the rooftop bar but unfortunately didn’t use it as often as would have liked, as the weather was not always kind. The hotel is in a great location for The Lido and public transport."

"Would not recommend. My reservation was for 2 Twin bed rooms but upon arrival, front desk said their information was for 2 Queen rooms. I had a hard copy of Expedia Reservation but there was only one twin room available and the other room was a Queen. The room smelled like raw sewage. The breakfast room had one coffee machine and the line was 10 people long during breakfast. "

"We were celebrating my parents 49th wedding anniversary and they ensured we celebrated well. It was difficult booking the à la carte restaurants but once that was arranged we had a wonderful time. Our villa was beautiful and well appointed. The staff really can’t do enough for you; thank you for a wonderful stay. Hughes family"
