「Das Hotel hat eine phantastische Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten wunderschönes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Bei Ankunft war der Fußboden nicht sauber, aber während des Aufenthaltes wurde das Zimmer perfekt gereinigt. Infinty-Outdoorpool ist angenehm gewärmt. Der Sparbereich lässt Wünsche offen: Winzige,unzureichende Sauna für max.2 Personen. Im Dampfbad hat es unangenehm gerochen, ebenso im Indoor-Pool. 「Due to glitch in the reservation system, the hotel was overbook. We were transported by hotel's shuttle to their other property Hotel Quinta Mirabella. Beautiful hotel with excellent views. Every was perfect there.Little bit further from the centre of Funchal, but the hotel provided the shuttle few times per day. There was also bus stop around the corner - very convenient .」
